Mom's Surgery

Day 54 30 July 02 Tuesday

PT was awesome this morning. Got the full sit-up & push-up improvement, boy do I feel good! We did have D&C for 3 hours which wasn't too bad. This afternoon we had a class on land navigation, PLGGR (aka GPS) and that is about all. So I set my watch to go off at 1400 (1300 at home) because that was when my mother was suppose to go in for surgery. It did and I got a quick prayer off. It was great timing because we had just walked outside from our class when it went off. I had a partly cloudy sky to look up at as I prayed for her. I hope all went well and that this surgery will work for her. I got 3 letters today. One from my mom telling me about her appointment before her surgery. Also I got a thank you card from Rachel, she said that she liked the CD and Superman visor & cards. Not much else happened. We had a bunch of things pre-inspected for the inspection on Friday. Got to go.
