Burnt Roof

Day 41 16 July 02 Tuesday

Today's PT was tough. We had push-up improvement and we did around a total of 250 in 30 min. At the end, I was at muscle failure. I am out of shape. We have another big test on Thursday so we got most of today to study. It was a lot of hands on stuff. Oh, at lunch today I burned the roof of my mouth really really bad on, get this, corn.

So they changed the 9 second rule on gas mask doning to 7.5 sec! It was hard at first but I got it down now. Today was a slow day. We did get 4 new guys from another platoon. They are screw offs so I am going to say this now, we will be smoked a lot because of them. Well, I got to go so I'll see you later.
